Our Damascus Steel Knives are hand forged from 1074 and 15N20 (2% nickel) hi-carbon steel. During the forging process, the steel is folded to produce over 200 individual layers. All blades are flat ground, properly heat treated, polished, and then etched to bring out the contrasting layers which form the random Damascus pattern. Each knife features a full tang and will provide many years of outstanding service.

We finish each knife with a custom handcrafted handle made from one of our high quality hardwoods. Each handle is individually crafted to meet the specific needs and desires of our customer.

Knives are available with your choice of ladder, twist, or random patterned Damascus blades. Typical blade length is 3 3/4 inches (unless otherwise noted). Every knife is sold with a beautiful handcrafted sheath.

As time allows, we really enjoy trying out new designs, cuts, processes and patterns. Sometimes this leads to a new design or product which we can incorporate into our product line, sometime it simply results in a little extra (high quality) firewood to keep the workshop warm.

The boss was out of the shop the other day and Machine Operator #3 decided to use the opportunity to play around a little bit. The result was this "S-Cut" Carbon Fiber & Cocobolo knife handle.
